Säsin Stuudio
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the use of Säsin Stuudio’s premises and services.
1.2. The service provider is Lrv Sound OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).
1.3. By booking studio time, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
1.4. The studio offers three rooms for rent:
- Suur Ruum (Main room)
- Trummiruum (Drum room)
- Foonika(Control room)
2. Booking
2.1. The Main Room and Drum Room can only be booked through the official booking system on the website.
2.2. The Foonika room can be booked:
- by email, or
- via the contact form on the website’s booking page.
2.3. We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance.
2.4. A booking is considered confirmed after the invoice has been issued.
2.5. A booking is not final until payment has been received. The Service Provider has the right to cancel any unpaid booking.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is made according to the agreed hourly rate.
3.2. The invoice will be sent to the client’s email address together with payment details (IBAN and recipient name).
3.3. The invoice must be paid no later than 1 hour before the start of the booked time.
3.4. If payment is not received by the deadline, the Service Provider has the right to cancel the booking and allocate the time to another client.
3.5. The Client must pay for the entire booked time regardless of the actual time used.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1. Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the start of the booked time. Cancellation must be submitted by email.
4.2. In case of later cancellation, the Service Provider has the right to charge for the full booked time.
4.3. Booked time cannot be automatically extended – extension is only possible subject to availability and is granted in hourly increments.
4.4. A booking may not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of the Service Provider.
5. Code of Conduct and Studio Use
5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.
5.2. The ban includes all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and other vaping devices.
5.3. Smoking is permitted only outside the studio premises in the designated area.
5.4. The consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances in the studio is not permitted unless agreed in advance with the Service Provider.
5.5. The Client must follow general rules of order and behave in a manner that does not disturb other studio users or damage property.
6. Liability
6.1. The Client is responsible for using the premises and equipment with due care.
6.2. In the event of property damage, the Client agrees to compensate for the damage according to the actual amount of loss.
6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for the loss of or damage to the Client’s personal belongings.
6.4. If the Client violates the rules of conduct (including the smoking ban), the Service Provider has the right to terminate the service immediately without refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
