1. General
1.1. The client must respect agreed booking times.
1.2. Access to the premises and assistance with questions is provided by the on-site staff member.
1.3. The client may not transfer or assign their booked time to third parties without permission.
2. Equipment and Premises
2.1. The client may not move equipment from one room to another without permission.
2.2. Technical requirements must be specified before the start of the session.
2.3. Each room has different purposes and equipment – before booking, the client must ensure that the room meets their needs.
2.4. Quick user guides for the equipment are available on the website and in the workspace.
2.5. In case of uncertainty, please contact the on-site staff member.
2.6. Any equipment malfunction must be reported immediately to a staff member.
3. Use of the Premises
3.1. After use, the room must be restored to its original condition.
3.2. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in rehearsal rooms – indoor shoes must be used.
3.3. A contractual penalty of €50 applies for staining or damaging floor coverings.
4. Property Damage
4.1. Any property damaged through improper use or malicious intent must be compensated in full.
4.2. Drumheads, cymbals, cables, and live microphones are consumable items – financial liability applies in cases of identifiable misuse.
4.3. Any damage must be reported immediately.
5. General Conduct
5.1. Smoking is permitted only outdoors in the designated area.
5.2. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray.
5.3. Deposit bottles and cans must be placed in the designated crate.
5.4. Dirty dishes must be rinsed and left to dry in the kitchen.
5.5. Please do not go outside wearing indoor shoes.
